Our Mission
1SIGN Foundation was established with the purpose of contributing to the strengthening of families and the advancement of child protection systems. Through its global platform, One World Family (OWF), the Foundation operates as an international leadership initiative committed to reinforcing intergenerational responsibility, promoting preventive and child-centered approaches, and supporting long-term social stability in alignment with the principles of the United Nations and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Guided by the principles of the United Nations and aligned with the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), OWF promotes a child-centered, preventive framework that connects cultural influence, academic expertise, responsible governance, and civil society engagement.
Rather than positioning itself as a corrective mechanism, OWF serves as a constructive, complementary platform that:
Encourages international dialogue and knowledge exchange
Supports preventive, family-based approaches
Promotes ethical standards in professional work with children
Strengthens cross-sector cooperation between civil society, academia, cultural institutions, and public authorities
Our framework reflects key CRC principles, including:
Best interests of the child (Article 3)

Right to health and mental well-being (Article 24)

Our Vision
1SIGN Foundation, through its global platform One World Family (OWF), envisions the establishment of a globally respected leadership initiative that connects cultural influence, academic expertise, responsible governance, and civil society to advance preventive, child-centered solutions for the challenges of our time.
We envision a future where international dialogue replaces fragmentation, where mental health and family stability are recognized as strategic pillars of social resilience, and where intergenerational responsibility becomes a shared global standard rather than a local aspiration.
Professor Dominic Man-Kit Lam’s book, published in autumn 2025, and the establishment of One World Family emerged in the same period and reflect a direct convergence of principles and purpose. Both initiatives recognize the urgent need to redefine family education in the context of globalization and rapid social transformation.
The collaboration between Professor Lam and OWF was not incidental, but the natural result of shared thinking and aligned vision. We are united in the belief that love, education, and intergenerational continuity are foundational pillars of long-term societal stability. Through this partnership, these ideas are not confined to academic reflection, but are elevated to an international platform — to be communicated, discussed, and taken into global consideration within the framework of this mission.
OWF seeks to serve as a constructive bridge between regions — including Europe and Asia — fostering cooperation grounded in mutual respect, cultural understanding, and long-term partnership. Through global summits, cultural programming, and measurable impact frameworks aligned with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, we promote solutions that are preventive rather than reactive and collaborative rather than confrontational.
Our ambition is not to create parallel systems, but to strengthen existing frameworks through dialogue, shared expertise, and responsible leadership.

This project, which has been in the making even longer than 1SIGN itself, is a testament to the dedication of numerous producers and artists. Behind every child impacted by trafficking is a real story. We are providing tangible support to every child and family harmed or trafficked, offering crucial psychological counseling and practical living assistance. We use the power of mass media and social media to ensure their stories are heard by people. We’re involved in a wide range of international humanitarian initiatives, including hosting impactful media events, organizing moving art fundraisers, staging benefit concerts. Each of these activities is carefully planned, bringing together communities and influential voices to support our cause.

Our Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight for the 1SIGN Foundation. We are responsible for approving activity guidelines, supervising the effective allocation of funds, and establishing key criteria for promoting and developing initiatives. Crucially, the Board also ensures the Foundation’s financial sustainability and complete transparency, guaranteeing that every effort we make contributes to a safer future for children.
