EAST AND WEST – ONE WORLD FAMILY
The East and West initiative was created from a simple but important belief: the future of our world depends on how well we connect people, cultures, generations, and ideas. In a time when societies are becoming increasingly divided by geography, politics, technology, and social challenges, we believe that children and young people must remain at the center of global dialogue.
One World Family is not only a conference. It is a long-term international platform connecting East and West through education, culture, youth development, families, and shared responsibility for future generations. Its purpose is to create meaningful cooperation between institutions, educators, artists, leaders, and communities from Asia and Europe while inspiring practical action that benefits children and society.
The initiative is being developed through cooperation between CECES, one of Hong Kong’s most respected organizations supporting children and families since 1982, Lidová konzervatoř a Múzická škola Ostrava, one of Central Europe’s largest institutions for arts education founded in 1957, the 1SIGN Foundation, and internationally recognized cultural ambassador Dominic Man-Kit Lam.
Together, these partners represent decades of experience in education, culture, youth development, artistic expression, and community engagement. Their shared goal is to build bridges between generations and create opportunities for young people to learn from different cultures while preserving the values that unite humanity.
ONE WORLD FAMILY SUMMIT 2026 – HONG KONG
The inaugural One World Family Summit will take place in Hong Kong in December 2026 as a two-day pilot edition bringing together leaders, educators, artists, philanthropists, social innovators, and youth representatives from across Asia and Europe.
The summit will focus on some of the most important challenges facing today’s children and families:
- Family stability and intergenerational relationships
- Youth mental health and emotional wellbeing
- Digital technology and social media influence
- Education for future generations
- Cultural understanding and international cooperation
- Creativity, arts, and personal development
- Social responsibility and community engagement
- Building a more connected and compassionate world
The summit will provide a platform where experts and practitioners can exchange knowledge, share successful programs, and explore new approaches that support children and young people in a rapidly changing world.
A special emphasis will be placed on youth participation. Young people will not only attend the summit but will actively contribute through presentations, artistic projects, discussions, performances, and international exchanges.
CONFERENCE BY DAY – CULTURE BY NIGHT
One World Family is built around a unique concept:
Conference by Day
During the day, participants will attend keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, educational forums, and youth sessions. International speakers from Asia and Europe will share experiences and practical solutions addressing the challenges facing modern families and future generations.
Culture by Night
In the evening, the summit will transform into a celebration of culture, music, and human connection. Artists from East and West will perform together, demonstrating how culture can unite people beyond language, nationality, or background.
Music, visual arts, storytelling, and intercultural performances will create an atmosphere where dialogue continues not through presentations but through shared experiences.
This combination of professional conference programming and cultural exchange is designed to inspire both minds and hearts.
FROM PILOT PROJECT TO GLOBAL PLATFORM
The 2026 Hong Kong edition represents the first step of a long-term vision.
Beginning in 2027, One World Family is planned to expand into a four-day international summit featuring:

- Charity and social impact initiatives
- Family-focused activities
- Artistic collaborations between Asia and Europe
- Annual East–West partnership programs
The long-term objective is to establish One World Family as one of the leading international platforms dedicated to children, families, education, culture, and future generations.
THE ROLE OF CECES AND LKMÅ
A central element of the initiative is the direct involvement of children and young people.
Through the partnership between CECES and Lidová konzervatoř a Múzická škola Ostrava, children from Hong Kong, China, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, and other countries will have opportunities to participate in collaborative educational and cultural projects throughout the year.
These activities include:
- International art projects
- Youth cultural exchanges
- Educational cooperation programs
- Joint performances and exhibitions
- Leadership and creativity workshops
- Family and community initiatives
- East–West dialogue programs
The successful 200 Hearts project has already demonstrated how children from different cultures can communicate through creativity, friendship, and shared values.
YOUTH GENERATION – THE HEART OF THE SUMMIT
The future belongs to today’s young generation. For this reason, youth participation is not an additional program element—it is the foundation of the entire initiative.
Young people will be invited to share their perspectives on the world they are inheriting and the future they wish to build. Their voices, ideas, creativity, and aspirations will help shape the direction of the summit and the broader One World Family movement.

THE ROLE OF EVENTIST LIMITED
The successful delivery of the One World Family Summit in Hong Kong is supported by Eventist Limited as the official execution, production, and event management partner in Hong Kong.
With extensive experience across Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and international markets, Eventist Limited brings professional expertise in large-scale conferences, cultural programs, corporate events, entertainment productions, and international guest management. Their role is to transform the vision of One World Family into a world-class event experience that meets the highest international standards.
Working alongside the 1SIGN Foundation, CECES, Lidová konzervatoř a Múzická škola Ostrava, and Dominic Man-Kit Lam, Eventist Limited will coordinate conference operations, cultural programs, international delegations, production management, and evening performances.
A key part of Eventist Limited’s role will be the delivery of a professional global live-streaming platform covering both the daytime conference program and the evening cultural and musical performances. Audiences around the world will be able to participate remotely, follow keynote speakers, engage with discussions, and experience performances by artists from East and West in real time.
The livestream will also serve as a global fundraising platform supporting selected children, youth, education, and family programs developed through the long-term partnership between the 1SIGN Foundation, CECES, and Lidová konzervatoř a Múzická škola Ostrava. Through digital participation, supporters from around the world will have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects benefiting children and future generations.
By combining international conference programming, cultural performances, live broadcasting, and charitable fundraising, Eventist Limited helps extend the impact of One World Family far beyond the venue itself, connecting global audiences with a shared mission of supporting children, families, and communities.
